I had the honor of attending the Illinois Pork Producers Association 2024 Pork Expo on January 30 at the BOS Center in Springfield. The Illinois Pork Expo is held to showcase the outstanding producers and businesses in the pork industry in one location.
In attendance with me were State Representative Brad Halbrook, Pork Producers Association Past President Jason Probst, and Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II.
