The ninth Scott’s Law-related accident this year was reported recently by the Illinois State Police. The crash occurred on Interstate 80 in Will County.
Scott’s Law is our state’s “Move Over” law and requires drivers to SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER when approaching any vehicle with hazard or emergency lights activated.
