Rep. Ugaste: HB 4582 Takes Away Taxpayer Rights For Referendums on New School Buildings (Video)

Democrats passed HB 4582 in the early morning hours Wednesday, and this legislation takes away the requirement that school boards go to the voters for referendums for new school buildings. This is the wrong thing to do. Please reach out to the Governor, express your concerns, and tell him to veto this bill.
