We had an incredible turnout at our First Responder Roundtable event on Tuesday. Thank you to the Center for Emergency Services at Elgin Community College for hosting the roundtable discussion that included over 60 local police and fire department leaders.
Thank you also to Elgin Community College and my colleagues State Senator Don DeWitte, State Representative Jeff Keicher, and State Senator Dave Syverson who participated as well. We discussed important issues facing first responders and received helpful feedback. Thank you to all of our first responders for the incredible work you do!
