Democrats Adjourn Veto Session Without Addressing Important Issues

The Illinois House adjourned from its two-week Veto Session yesterday with Democrats passing bills at the last minute that were gutted and replaced while extending one-year sunsets on 12 different pieces of legislation.

The issue of reinstating the Invest in Kids Act was not addressed. This is unacceptable and once again the needs of our children are being ignored. Read more and watch the Floor Debate video below:
