St. Charles, IL – State Representative Dan Ugaste (R-Geneva) has issued a statement following an accident that claimed the life of a construction worker on the Kennedy Expressway Monday night:
“I am saddened to hear of the tragic accident that claimed the life of construction worker Francisco Padilla-Gutierrez on the Kennedy Expressway late Monday night. My prayers go out to Mr. Padilla-Gutierrez and his family and friends. We all must remember to slow down in construction zones and help protect our hard-working men and women who are doing their jobs while in harm’s way. Slowing down and being cautious in construction zones helps save lives.”
