VIDEO – Rep. Ugaste Talks Bears Stadium Bill and Property Taxes on Fox 32

A last-minute bill regarding a new Bears stadium passed the Senate but was not voted on in the House before the Spring Session adjourned early Monday morning. Democrats are going to need Republican support, and all we’re asking is simple. We need to address property taxes for everyone in Illinois. If we can do that, we’re happy to help the Bears and get this deal done.
